Air quality was checked in Lipetsk after a fire in an industrial zone

In Lipetsk, specialists took air samples after a fire in the production area on Peredelchesky Street. The air quality meets hygienic standards.

The examination was carried out by experts from the regional Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology in the residential area. They analyzed an expanded list of indicators of substances, including those peculiar to the gorenje process. All of them comply with the standards, writes GOROD48 with reference to the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor.

The fire in the industrial zone broke out early in the morning on Tuesday, July 21. The fire area was about 2.5 thousand square meters. m. A thick column of black smoke rose over the left-bank part of Lipetsk. At 9 a.m., the open flame in the production area was extinguished. Firefighters continue to spill the fire site and dismantle damaged structures.

There were no fatalities or injuries as a result of the incident.
