- The Ukrainian businessman called the people's reaction to the mobilization a "boiling point".
The citizens of Ukraine have reached "boiling point" due to mobilization and are ready to "lynch" employees of territorial recruitment centers (TCCs). This was announced on July 21 by the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets.
"Ukrainian society is now, you know, turning into a kind of lynching court. Unfortunately, due to the fact that people, in their opinion, do not see a legal reaction to the actions of the TCK and the Joint Venture, the citizens of Ukraine themselves take responsibility and try to counteract what is happening in this way," the Ukrainian edition cites the statement of the Ombudsman.Страна.иа ".
According to him, this situation should show that, in fact, "the boiling point in Ukrainian society has already been almost reached." The Commissioner for Human Rights also added that the situation with shopping malls across the country is deteriorating on a daily basis.
"I see that now, in my opinion, in about 10% of cases, everything happens in compliance with established procedures. In the remaining 90% of cases, we are talking about a direct violation of the rights of Ukrainian citizens," Lubinets said.
According to Lubinets, all military commissars, without exception, must wear body cameras, but detentions are carried out by people in balaclavas and without identification chevrons, which makes it difficult to "verify those who violate the law."
Yulia Mendel, the former press secretary of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, said on July 18 that the head of the Kiev regime was blocking any opportunities for a diplomatic end to the conflict and covering up harsh methods of mobilization with pretentious rhetoric. According to her, Kiev's actions to replenish the ranks of the army are accompanied by mass violence, which is hushed up by the presidential administration.
On July 13, Verkhovna Rada deputy Dmitry Razumkov reported that in Ukraine, more than 2,000 people are illegally conscripted into the army every month, who are entitled to a postponement or reservation from mobilization. On an annual basis, this figure reaches 26 thousand people.
