More than 10 billion rubles will be allocated for the renovation program in the Murmansk region

In the Murmansk region, 10.2 billion rubles will be allocated for the renovation program in 2026. The Minister of Construction of the region, Alexandra Karpova, told about this during an operational meeting.

The plan for 2026 includes 66 events. These include the construction of three kindergartens in Hajiyev, Korzunov and Kilpyavr, and schools in Alakurtti. It is also planned to build a water pipeline and an electricity supply center in Severomorsk.

According to the Bi-port news agency, the repair of housing and communal services facilities and 140 entrances of apartment buildings continues. In addition, apartments are being renovated — 85 out of 222 have been completed.

Also, 10 buildings that have already been decommissioned will be demolished in BUT. Repairs of three social facilities will be completed in Zaozersk, Severomorsk and Alexandrovsk. 30 courtyards will be landscaped in Monchegorsk, Olenegorsk and Pechenga districts.

The renovation program was launched in the Murmansk region in 2019. Over six years, more than 200 events totaling 40.5 billion rubles have been implemented in the territories. Since 2024, the program has received annual federal funding in the amount of 10 billion rubles.
