A fire broke out in an elite residential complex in the center of Moscow, a source told Izvestia on July 20.
The fire was recorded in the attic of the premium clubhouse On Strastnoy Boulevard. According to preliminary data, building materials caught fire. The fire covered an area of 10 square meters, but the threat of spreading flames to neighboring structures remains.
Emergency services conducted a partial evacuation of the residents of the house. There is no information about the victims at the moment.
The building, built in the style of Russian neoclassicism, is considered one of the most expensive real estate in the capital. The clubhouse has 37 apartments and penthouses. The cost of housing in this complex starts from 147 million rubles.
On July 17, a sewing workshop in Serpukhov, Moscow region, caught fire. There was no information about the victims.
