Lurie does not intend to sell the apartment she bought from Dolina in Khamovniki

Polina Lurie, who sued singer Larisa Dolina for the purchased apartment in Khamovniki, is not going to sell the purchased object. Her lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko told Izvestia about this on July 20.

"Polina is not selling the apartment," she said.

Accordingly, the lawyer commented on the information that had previously appeared in the media about Lurie's intention to sell the apartment. Then it was noted that the owner of the living space even allegedly found potential buyers and negotiated with them.

At the end of December, the Moscow City Court ordered the singer to vacate the elite living space.

Lurie received the keys to the apartment in Khamovniki on July 19 after a lengthy trial with Dolina, following which the Moscow City Court issued a final decision on the singer's eviction. The new owner changed the keys in the apartment and announced her intention to continue suing the seller, from whom she intended to receive compensation for the expenses incurred.

On February 2, lawyer Lurie described the state in which the property was transferred to her client. So, according to Sviridenko, the apartment was in good condition, besides, at that time, all utility bills had been paid off.

On December 16 last year, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized Polina Lurie's ownership of the disputed Dolina apartment. It was clarified that the court also decided to cancel all decisions of the lower courts in the case of the sale of the apartment of the artist.
