Iran has adapted to the US defense systems. This was reported on July 18 by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ), citing American officials.

"Iran has adapted to the American defense system by using missiles that travel at extremely high speeds and can maneuver on their way to the ground," the publication says.

According to the newspaper, Tehran's ability to strike targets raises concerns among the US military.

On the same day, the US Central Command announced that the US army had completed another wave of strikes against Iran. It clarifies that observation points, military logistics, underground arsenals and marine infrastructure were attacked. In addition, fighter aircraft, drones, warships and other types of weapons were used in the operation.

The WSJ newspaper reported on July 15 that American leader Donald Trump, after consultations with key advisers, began to lean towards expanding military operations against Iran. These include increased bombing of the territory of the Islamic Republic and attacks on Iranian energy facilities.
