Dynamo defeated CSKA in the Bratsk Derby

The players of the Dynamo Moscow football club beat CSKA Moscow in a friendly match on Saturday, July 18. The match, which took place at the VTB Arena stadium, ended with a score of 5:2.

David Ricardo, who opened the scoring in the 5th minute, Daniil Fomin, Konstantin Tyukavin and Bitello scored goals for the winners. Daniil Glebov set the final score in the third minute added to the match. Joao Victor scored in the 35th minute and Enrique Carmo scored at the end of the second half.

Initially, the game was planned to be held as part of an international tournament. The format of the competition was changed due to the refusal of the Brazilian club Botafogo to visit Moscow. Representatives of the foreign team explained their decision for internal reasons at the board of directors level.

On June 24, the Russian Premier League (RPL) published the championship calendar for the 2026/27 season. The first round of the upcoming tournament will be held from July 24 to 27, and the final round of the tournament will be held on May 29, 2027. The winners of the last seasons of the RPL Krasnodar and Zenit St. Petersburg will meet in the 10th round, which is scheduled for October 9-12 in Krasnodar.
