The draft layout of the territory of the Novorizhskaya transport hub has been approved

The draft layout of the territory of the Novorizhskaya transport hub has been approved. This was announced by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin on Friday, July 17, in the Maks messenger.

According to the mayor, the transport hub will include the Rublyovo-Arkhangelskaya metro station under construction, ground transport stops and intercept parking lots. In addition, modern residential complexes, a kindergarten and office buildings are planned to be built on the territory. The total area of non-residential land development will exceed 190 thousand square meters, the Moscow City News agency notes.

Sobyanin noted that the project will also create a new street and road network for convenient access to the transport hub. In particular, the interchange at the intersection of Novorizhskoye and Ilyinsky highways is being reconstructed, where directional overpasses-exits, high-speed transfer lanes and side passages will be built.

The mayor added that the project provides for the improvement of the surrounding area. As a result, a new residential quarter will be built in the capital, designed for 3.4 thousand people, as well as about 2 thousand new jobs. According to forecasts, more than 20 thousand people will use the Novorizhskaya transport hub every day, Moscow 24 writes.
