Militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are equipping defensive positions at the Soldatskoye – Velikaya Pisarevka site in the Sumy region. Local residents who refused to evacuate are involved in these works. This was reported on July 17 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.
"Local residents who refused to evacuate are also involved in forced labor," RIA Novosti quoted the security forces as saying.
