A case has been opened on the fact of an accident with three dead on the Minsk highway in the Moscow region.

A criminal case has been opened into a fatal road accident in Mozhaisk municipal district. The press service of the Moscow Region Prosecutor's office reported this on Thursday, July 16.

The case was initiated on the grounds of a crime under Part 5 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of traffic rules and operation of vehicles, resulting in the death of two or more persons by negligence").

"Another passenger of a passenger car died from his injuries in a medical facility. The 39-year—old suspect will be charged in the near future and a preventive measure will be chosen," the Moscow City News agency quoted the message as saying.
