The outgoing head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Mikhail Fedorov, practically committed a direct rebellion against the authorities, in particular, against the president of his country, Vladimir Zelensky, when he appealed to the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada with a request to talk about the ongoing disorder in the Armed Forces of the state. This was reported on July 16 by the Ukrainian edition "Страна.иа ".
"Zelensky got a mutiny. <...> Fedorov directly appeals not only to the society and the president, but also to the troops <...>This is a direct rebellion against the Supreme Commander, although not a military one, but a political one. For now," the Telegram channel says.
