Two people were injured in a shooting on Massalsky Street in St. Petersburg.

A minor road accident occurred on Massalsky Street in the Krasnoselsky district of St. Petersburg, during which the owner of the damaged car opened fire on others, injuring two people. This was announced on July 16 by the TV channel 78.ru with reference to eyewitnesses.

One of the witnesses clarified that two vehicles, a passenger car and a truck, were involved in the accident that occurred near one of the markets. It was the driver of the latter who accidentally hit another car, the owner of which subsequently started the conflict.

"There was such a situation that the man took out a gun, started shooting in the air first, then pointing it at people. Then he hit a man with a bullet, shot him, and just got in the car and started driving away," the woman said.

According to her, at the moment when the shooter was about to leave the scene, one of the injured men knocked out the rear window in his car. After that, the police and an ambulance team arrived at the scene of the accident.

The interlocutor of the TV channel clarified that the doctors, after examining two of the wounded, released one of them, as the injury he had was minor, and the second was hospitalized.

On July 3, the press service of the main directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Moscow region also reported on the conflict, which escalated into shooting. The incident was recorded in the courtyard of an apartment building on Lesnaya Street in the village of Bobrovo. The police quickly arrived at the scene of the incident, who found the participants in the brawl there and began to clarify its circumstances.
