"According to preliminary data, on July 15, 2026, in the waters of the Caspian Sea, near the village of Inche, Kayakent district, a 15-year—old teenager drowned while swimming," the message in the Maks messenger says.

It is specified that as part of the inspection, the prosecutor's office will establish all the circumstances of the incident and assess whether the requirements of the legislation on the protection of minors' rights and safety at water facilities have been met. The progress and results of the procedural audit are under the supervision of the supervisory authority.
