Iran has expressed its desire to resolve the conflict peacefully

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said that Tehran does not welcome war, but should always be ready for battle, using diplomacy and negotiations. He wrote about this on July 15 in his Telegram channel.

"We have never welcomed and still do not welcome war, but we must always be ready to fight and stand at the cost of our lives to protect our security and national interests. At the same time, we must use diplomacy and negotiations to ensure our national interests," the statement said.

Ghalibaf also noted that on days when the flames of war are rekindling, people are asking questions about the goals of negotiations with the United States and how to get their way in this war. He stressed that the answers to these questions must be found taking into account Iran's national interests.
