Rent will be reduced by 75% for businesses in Crimea

A new measure of support has been introduced in Crimea for organizations and entrepreneurs renting state-owned property in the republic. The rent will be reduced by 75% under contracts that were concluded before June 1, 2026.

This was stated by the head of the republic Sergey Aksenov. He specified that a measure of support will be provided if the leased property is actually used for the production of food, beverages, for the hotel business and the provision of places for living, for sanatorium-resort organizations, children's recreation and film screenings.

At the same time, entrepreneurs will not have to sign additional agreements. The rent will be recalculated automatically based on the data available from the regional Ministry of Property and Land Relations.

In addition, the SevastopolMedia news agency notes, another support measure is being introduced. Deferred payments for land will apply to lease agreements that are concluded from July 1 to October 31, 2026, if the payment period falls before December 20. The measure is provided without submitting applications.

On July 11, it was reported that the free sale of fuel resumed at 99 gas stations in the Republic of Crimea. The sale is also open in Yalta, Kerch and Simferopol. It can also be purchased in Yevpatoria, Alushta and Feodosia.
