The court will independently check the income of actor Gogunsky in the alimony case
The star of the TV series "Univer" Vitaly Gogunsky did not provide the court with bank statements necessary to refute the alimony arrears. This was reported on July 15 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the Izmailovsky courtroom.
"We are unable to provide invoices. My client is unable to take the statements," said Gogunsky's representative.
The defendant's side told the court only the amount of 200 thousand rubles, which Gogunsky, according to his lawyer, receives per month. In response, Irina Mairko's lawyer Anastasia Kashirskaya provided Gogunsky with a contract, according to which he earned more than 20 million rubles on the set of Uni alone.
Now the continuation of the series has been released, and the plaintiff's side believes that the actor's shooting day has become more expensive, which means that the fees should be higher. Due to the fact that Gogunsky himself did not provide the necessary documents to the court, the court decided to send requests to the banks independently.
"As of today, we have calculated this amount in advance. But we also understand that he can provide evidence that not all of what we have found is his income. So far, they have not provided such evidence," Kashirskaya added.
On July 8, the Constitutional Court of Russia accepted for consideration the complaint of Matvey Safonov, a former goalkeeper of Krasnodar and a player of the French club Paris Saint-Germain, who challenged the constitutionality of the norm of the Family Code on the recovery of alimony in shares of income.
The ex-wife of a football player Anastasia Kazachek and Safonov broke up in October 2021, the girl accused the athlete of treason. Then the court ordered the former goalkeeper of Krasnodar to pay his ex-wife 25% of his income as alimony for his daughter.
