The Kiev regime carries out daily attacks on playgrounds and buses with children. This was announced on July 15 by the Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, Yana Lantratova.

"The Kiev regime has chosen a new tactic, it daily hits playgrounds, daily hits buses where children are traveling, including Belarusian children in Bryansk," the ombudsman said in an interview with the Vesti news agency.

According to her, children are killed every day as a result of attacks by Ukrainian militants in the region. Lantratova stressed that the Russian side records every such crime and sends appeals to international structures.

On July 6, Lantratova announced that she had sent an appeal to the UN in connection with the attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on a bus in the Belgorod region. Acting Governor Alexander Shuvaev said on the same day that six people were injured, including two children, when the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a passenger bus. Shuvaev clarified that a one-year-old girl was hospitalized as a result of the strike, her condition is assessed as serious.
