The tax service has made another claim to Blinovskaya

The Federal Tax Service (FTS) has filed a new financial claim against blogger Elena Blinovskaya in the framework of her bankruptcy case. This follows from the case file on July 15.

As indicated in the documents available to RIA Novosti, the agency's claims are related to arrears in personal income tax (personal income tax). According to the source, the debt was formed on the celebrity's bank deposits for 2023 and amounts to about 16 thousand rubles.

The application of the regional office of the Federal Tax Service for the Kirov region will be considered in a simplified manner — without holding a court hearing and summoning the participants in the case.

In March 2025, the "marathon queen" was found guilty of tax evasion on a particularly large scale, money laundering, and misuse of funds for payments and sentenced to five years in a general regime penal colony. At the same time, Blinovskaya was released from criminal prosecution under the article on tax evasion due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.

According to investigators, the blogger, using the scheme of "crushing" the business, underestimated the income received and did not pay VAT and personal income tax for the period 2019-2021. The amount amounted to more than 900 million rubles.
