Luxury car sales increased in Russia in six months
In the first six months of 2026, 369 new luxury segment cars were sold in Russia, which is 15.3% more than last year. This was reported on July 15 by the analytical agency "Autostat" with reference to the data of JSC "PPK".
Rolls-Royce cars were the most popular during this period — 116 units. Next are Lamborghini (102 units) and Bentley (101 units). All three brands showed positive dynamics during the period, in particular Lamborghini — plus 41.7%.
Also, from January to June, 37 Ferraris, ten Aston Martin and three Maseratis were sold. Autostat noted that the segment of new luxury cars has been showing monthly growth since the very beginning of 2026.
The Rolls-Royce Cullinan, which sold 86 cars, is the leader in the model standings for the first half of the year. The Lamborghini Urus (85 units) is in second place, with a minimal gap from the leader, and the Bentley Continental GT (53 units) is in third place. The top five bestsellers also include the Bentley Bentayga (39 units) and the Ferrari Purosangue (21 units).
As Rossiyskaya Gazeta reported on June 16, the Aurus plant in Yelabuga continues to actively prepare for the launch of an updated version of the Senat sedan. Aurus representatives confirmed that the company continues to operate in accordance with the approved production plan for 2026. Currently, the plant employs 250 people, and the Aurus Senat sedan and Komendant crossover are produced on the site.
