The United States attacked a mineral water production plant in the Iranian province of Ilam. This was reported by the Iranian Mehr news agency on July 15.

"An attack on a mineral water production facility in Ilam province. <...> The American enemy fired three shells," the Telegram channel says.

It is noted that no one was injured as a result of the strikes, but the plant's equipment was damaged.

On July 14, the press service of the Central Command of the US Armed Forces (CENTCOM) reported that the United States had launched regular strikes against Iranian facilities. They clarified that the purpose of the strikes is to further weaken Iran's capabilities used to attack merchant ships in the Strait of Hormuz. On the same day, CENTCOM announced the resumption of the naval blockade of Iran.

On July 15, Mehr reported that explosions were heard in the Iranian city of Sirik and the sea area of the eastern part of the province of Hormozgan in the south of the country. Presumably, they are connected with shootings and clashes in the waters of the Persian and Oman Gulfs, as well as in the Strait of Hormuz.
