The U.S. attorney's office has charged three Russians with cybercrime.

In the United States, three Russian citizens have been charged with international cybercrimes. This was reported on July 14 on the website of the US Department of Justice.

"Three Russian citizens and two companies have been charged with international cybercrimes, as a result of which the victims suffered losses in the amount of more than $ 62 million," the publication says.

It is specified that the list of defendants includes three residents of St. Petersburg and the companies Media Land and ML.Cloud. According to the Ministry of Justice, they are charged with conspiracy to commit and aiding computer fraud, as well as conspiracy to commit cyber fraud.

According to the department, a reward of up to $ 10 million has been announced for information about the accomplices of the accused and their activities.

On July 13, Finnish Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen announced that the republic's Foreign Ministry had summoned Russian Ambassador Pavel Kuznetsov in connection with an "alleged cyber campaign."
