A new school has opened in the Novo-Peredelkino district of the capital, on Lukinskaya Street. The Mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, held a meeting with future students and teachers of the new educational institution. The mayor of the capital told about this in his channel in the messenger "Max".

According to Sobyanin, 550 students from grades 6 to 11 will study in the new school building. The building will operate as part of school complex No. 1238. The four-storey school with a total area of 8,400 sq.m. was built according to an individual project. Inside, comfortable and comfortable rooms are organized for the effective organization of the educational process. Barrier-free environment is provided for students with disabilities. The learning space includes classrooms, a dining room with a food hall, an assembly hall for school-wide events and two gyms, including a hall with the possibility of organizing an internal space for simultaneous classes with several groups of students. In addition, the school will have a media library, a choreography studio, and an IT training ground with 3D modeling, robotics, and prototyping areas.

The construction of a new school in Novo-Peredelkino was carried out as part of a targeted investment program. According to the mayor of the capital, more than 60 new educational institutions will open their doors in Moscow next academic year.
