The children who disappeared in Karelia escaped from the house through a window
The children who disappeared in Karelia escaped from the house through the window, after they were punished, not letting them go for a walk. Anastasia, the children's mother, told Izvestia about this on July 14.
According to her, little Ilya and Alina from Kondopoga decided to leave on their own after they were not allowed to walk. At about 18:00, they jumped out of the window and escaped.
The woman discovered the missing children when she returned from work. She went to look for them in the city, but to no avail. At midnight, friends called the mother and reported that the children had been seen on the highway. When she arrived at the place, there was no one there.
"We have now been informed that they were seen at five in the morning near the village of Luchevoe...> A man was driving by, they were walking towards Petrozavodsk," said the interviewee, adding that she did not understand why the children went there.
Ilya and Alina had left the house without permission before, the interviewee noted. However, they were on playgrounds and did not leave the city.
The regional Investigative Committee organized an investigation into the disappearance of children.
