A woman died as a result of a gas explosion in the LPR

In the city of Krasnodon, Luhansk People's Republic (LNR), one person was killed as a result of an explosion of household gas in a two-story apartment building. This was announced on July 14 in the regional Main Directorate (GU) of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.

"Two people lived in the affected entrance. <...> During emergency rescue operations, rescuers found the body of a deceased woman," follows from a publication in the Maks messenger.

It is noted that as a result of the incident, a partial collapse occurred in one of the two entrances of the building. Later it became known that the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations rescued a woman from the rubble, she was handed over to doctors. According to preliminary information, two more people may remain under the destroyed structures.

As specified in the publication, the analysis of the rubble continues, and minutes of silence are announced at the site of search and rescue operations.

Two people were injured in a gas explosion in a private house in the Achkhoy-Martan district of Chechnya on June 30. It was noted that the incident occurred in the village of Samashki on Sadovaya Street, the victims were hospitalized.
