The Governor of the Kamchatka Territory announced plans to encourage excellent students.

Kamchatka will launch a new support measure for students who study with "excellent grades", as well as students of the target program. As the governor of the region, Vladimir Solodov, announced on July 13, excellent students will receive a one-time payment of 100 thousand rubles.

According to him, the idea to introduce such an initiative came to him during a personal reception of citizens. He explained that the new support measure will start working this summer — graduates of the current year will be able to receive it.

"I have decided to support graduates of targeted education universities and colleges who have completed their studies with a red diploma. Now they will receive a one—time payment of 100,000 rubles for special achievements," the official wrote on the Maks messenger.
