- "Guide 78. Restaurants of St. Petersburg" checked the institution "Pussy-swans"
On July 10, the 78 TV channel aired a special edition of the program "Guide 78. Restaurants of St. Petersburg". Presenters Anna Gavrilova and Anastasia Sesitskaya saw a lot, but in this place they put together a real combo of violations: expired products, running rats, unsanitary conditions, and pork turned out to be far from the first freshness in the plate instead of duck roast beef.
"Our viewer, a resident of St. Petersburg, attracted attention to this institution. He sent a complaint that the restaurant not only delays the salaries of employees for months, but also does not pay suppliers. The accusation is serious, but we decided not to take your word for it, but to personally see how things are going," say the presenters Anna Gavrilova and Anastasia Sesitskaya.
By tradition, an invited expert took part in the filming of the issue. This time, the local cuisine was evaluated by St. Petersburg food stylist and brand chef Sergey Rabochov.
Pussy-swans positions itself as a restaurant with a fixed price — all dishes cost 400 rubles. And this is the first deception that visitors encounter," comments Sergey. "It's enough to sit down at the table and open the menu to see dishes for both 800 and 900 rubles."
But most of all, the brand chef was surprised by the quality of the products. The salmon on the sushi is torn — it was obviously stored for a long time and incorrectly, instead of roast beef from duck, pork turned out to be in Sergey's plate. And when the waiter was called, he flatly denied forgery.
In the kitchen, the hosts of "78" found not only dirty pots mixed with food, but also running rats. By the way, realizing that 78 TV channel journalists were filming in the restaurant, the local chef chose to run away, clearly sensing that it smelled fried. But ordinary employees did not hide the truth and said that in addition to rats, they also met cockroaches in the kitchen.
According to the results of the TV check, the team of the program "Guide 78. Restaurants of St. Petersburg" sent a request to Rospotrebnadzor.
