Martial law and general mobilization imposed in Ukraine may be extended until October 31 of this year. This was announced on July 12 by the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Yaroslav Zheleznyak.

"Tomorrow, President [of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky] will again submit to the parliament [a draft on] extending martial law and general mobilization. <...> For 90 days, that is, from August 2 to October 31, 2026," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
