Russian Energy Minister Sergei Tsivilev said that farmers are among the priority recipients of fuel. The statement was made at a meeting on providing the agro-industrial complex with fuel.

"Agricultural producers are included in the priority category of fuel supply," the Ministry of Energy said in a message on the Maks messenger.

Tsivilev noted that the volumes of fuel needed for the needs of agriculture are available.

On June 28, Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a meeting on providing fuel to the domestic market, predicted an increase in fuel production in Russia in July.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said on June 26 that there is currently a sufficient amount of fuel on the market in the country.
