Mandatory evacuation zone increased in Dnipropetrovsk region
Two more settlements, Vasilyevka and Vyshetarasovka, have been placed in the forced evacuation zone from the Dnipropetrovsk region, from where the children have already been taken out. This was announced on July 10 by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration (OVA) Alexander Ganzha.
"Mandatory evacuation of all residents from two more settlements in the region has been introduced — Vasilkovka in the Sinelnikovsky district and Vyshetarasovka in the Nikopol district. The children were taken out earlier. Now they are adults. <...> More than 6.5 thousand of them remain there," he wrote on the Telegram channel.
It is noted that all people who have left their homes end up in transit centers. From there, if necessary, they can be relocated to other regions.
Ganja announced one of the last waves of forced evacuation on June 17. At that time, the measures immediately affected 23 settlements of the Sinelnikovsky district of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
