The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Moscow has denied information spread on social networks about a fire at a Moscow oil refinery. This was reported on July 10 in the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

"In connection with the information disseminated on social networks, the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the city of Moscow informs that no incidents have been recorded on the territory of the Moscow Refinery," RIA Novosti quoted the agency as saying.
