Residents of Yakutia were warned about heavy rains

Residents of some areas of Yakutia were warned about adverse weather conditions. On July 10, 11 mm or more of precipitation may fall in Aldan, Olekminsky, Kobyaysky, Verkhoyansky, Tomponsky, Oymyakonsky and Momsky districts. Flooding and deterioration of road conditions are not excluded.

IA YakutiaMedia, referring to YAUGMS, clarifies that no precipitation is expected in Yakutsk at night, rain with thunderstorms is possible during the day. During thunderstorms, wind gusts will reach 15-20 m/s. The air temperature will rise to +33 degrees during the daytime.

Earlier it was reported that heavy rains and thunderstorms are expected in at least a third of Russian regions this week, with hail and wind gusts up to 25 m/s in some places. Two cyclones will collide over the European part of the country, which may result in half of the monthly precipitation in the Moscow region.
