Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who is paying an official visit to Russia, said on July 9 that a number of agreements had been reached at a meeting with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

"A number of agreements have been reached with the head of the Russian government," Sputnik Armenia quoted him as saying.

Pashinyan said he would not disclose the details of the interstate agreements until they were implemented. He also added that the conversation with Mishustin was open, friendly and honest.

Three days earlier, the Armenian Prime Minister said that Yerevan was aiming for good relations with Moscow. Then, on July 6, he also met with Mishustin in Yekaterinburg, where he arrived to attend the International Industrial Exhibition Innoprom-2026. During the meeting, Pashinyan confirmed the republic's interest in ensuring that the mechanisms provided for in the treaty of the Eurasian Economic Union operate in full.
