Russia, together with the countries of the Sahel States Alliance (AHS), announced the existence of a conspiracy involving Ukraine, France and terrorist groups operating in the region. This was reported on July 8 by TASS with reference to a joint statement following consultations between the foreign ministers of the Russian Federation and the Confederation of Sahel States.
