The water level has increased in the rivers of Transbaikalia in a day

Over the past day, a rise in water has been recorded on the rivers of the Trans-Baikal Territory. In some areas, the water level has changed by 39 cm.

According to the ChitaMedia news agency, the rise of water is registered throughout Nercha. In addition, there was a rise in some sections of the Ingoda, Arguni and small rivers in the central and southeastern regions.

A decrease in water is recorded at other water bodies. The process is most intense on the Chara rivers near the village of Chara and Vitim near the village of Nelyaty. The floodplain of the Borzya River near the village of Ust-Ozernaya remains flooded by 20 cm.

In the next two days, water is likely to rise by 4-39 cm in the middle and lower reaches of the Shilka River.

Heavy rains occurred in Transbaikalia with the onset of the cyclone. Up to 15 mm of precipitation fell in some places.
