Macron took a morning jog at the NATO summit in Ankara

French President Emmanuel Macron was spotted on the streets of Ankara on July 8 during a group morning jog before the NATO summit.

The footage shows Macron, as part of a group of six people, jogging along one of the blocked streets of the city.

"Now it's clear why so many streets had to be blocked in Ankara: it's just that the probability that one of the leaders wants to go for a morning jog is never zero," said Izvestia correspondent Viktor Sineok.

European countries are taking the costs on themselves, but they have practically nothing to help Kiev with.

This is not the first time Emmanuel Macron has been spotted playing sports during state trips. During an official visit to India on February 17, he went for a morning jog along the Mumbai waterfront, accompanied by armed guards. The French leader ran along the famous Marina Drive embankment, where locals usually gather for morning walks.
