A resident of Odessa took two visitors of a barbershop hostage
A resident of Odessa took two people hostage in one of the hairdressers of the city. This was reported on July 8 by the Ukrainian edition "Страна.иа ".
"In Odessa, a man took two people hostage in a barbershop, police and an ambulance are [present]," the Telegram channel said.
Later it became known that law enforcement officers managed to enter the building, free the hostages from there and detain the attacker himself. As a result of the incident, no one was injured.
There is no information about what demands the man made and what prompted him to commit the crime.
"The country.ua" on May 9 reported that a resident of Lviv took a 13-year-old girl hostage at a meeting with employees of the shopping mall (a territorial recruitment center, an analogue of the military enlistment office in Ukraine). It was noted that the man was subsequently detained anyway. The child was not injured in the incident.
