Mayor Belyaev announced a massive UAV attack on Nizhnekamsk in Tatarstan
A massive attack using unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) was carried out on Nizhnekamsk and its area. This was announced on July 8 by the mayor of the city and the head of the Nizhnekamsk municipal district, Radmir Belyaev.
"Dear residents of Nizhnekamsk! The massive UAV attack on our area does not stop," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
The mayor urged residents to pay close attention to the warning and take all security measures.
After a while, Belyaev, referring to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, reported that the threat of a drone attack had been canceled, but at the same time, the unmanned danger regime still remained throughout the Republic of Tatarstan.
On the same day, the governor of the Saratov Region, Roman Busargin, reported one death and several injuries as a result of a drone attack on the region, where, among other things, damage to civilian infrastructure was recorded. According to him, all those who were injured have already received medical assistance. Busargin also noted that the family of the deceased will receive the necessary support.
