The Interior Ministry reported on attempts by fraudsters to deceive Russians on behalf of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation

Only scammers will contact Russians on behalf of employees of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation with a request to pick up the parcel and declare other people's money. On July 7, the Department for organizing the fight against the illegal use of information and communication technologies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs warned about this in the Telegram channel.

"If a "specialist" of the Central Bank of Russia asks you to pick up a parcel and declare someone else's money, these are scammers, and you are an accomplice to the crime," the publication says.
