Bucharest demanded that Kiev self-destruct the errant naval drones

Romania has demanded that Ukraine ensure the self-destruction of any Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) in case it accidentally enters Romanian territorial waters. This was announced on July 7 by Acting Romanian Defense Minister Radu Miruta.

"I have officially asked the Minister of Defense of Ukraine (Mikhail Fedorov. - Ed.) to ensure that it becomes standard practice to pre-program any drone launched over the Black Sea and manufactured in Ukraine to self-destruct in case of accidental entry into Romanian territorial waters for any reason," the Romanian agency Agerpres reports his words.
