In Russia, an order from the Ministry of Labor began to operate, which approves a list of documents for receiving pensions by citizens of the Russian Federation. Igor Balynin, Associate Professor of the Department of Public Finance at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, told about this on July 7.
