NATO Artemis II reconnaissance aircraft spotted over the Black Sea again

Intelligence. On July 4, the NATO Bombardier Challenger 650 Artemis II aircraft flew over the neutral waters of the Black Sea again. This became known from the data of the Flightradar24 flight monitoring service.

The plane took off from the Romanian city of Constanta and headed south-east of the water area, passing over the Black Sea along the Turkish coast to Georgia. After making a U-turn there, the aircraft headed in the opposite direction, flew over Tulcea Airport in Romania and re-entered the Black Sea airspace.

Then the aircraft performed another maneuver to the northwest of the Turkish Zonguldak. According to the trackers, at 16:30 Moscow time, the plane was already on its way back to Romania.

An American Bombardier Challenger 650 Artemis II reconnaissance and targeting aircraft was also spotted over the Black Sea on April 17. At the time of publication, it was moving near Sinop Airport in northern Turkey. Judging by the route, the Bombardier Challenger made several U-turns on its way, including near the southeastern Turkish regions.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova warned on June 18 that Russia would be ready to give a decisive and destructive response if any of the NATO countries launched an act of potential aggression. The diplomat stated that making such statements is "irresponsible and monstrous," besides, they are another proof of the aggressive nature of the alliance.
