Kindergartens and a hospital were damaged in the Bryansk region as a result of Ukrainian Armed Forces attacks.

In the Bryansk region, windows in two kindergartens, a school and a hospital were damaged as a result of a night attack by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on July 4 by the acting governor of the region, Egor Kovalchuk.

"Last night, the enemy carried out a massive attack using jet-type UAVs on the territory of the region... Over the past day, 264 enemy aircraft—type UAVs have been destroyed over the region," he wrote on the Maks messenger.

According to him, windows in two kindergartens, a school and a hospital in Karachev were damaged, as well as two civilian cars and four residential private houses. The investigation of the consequences continues, emergency services are working on the spot. Kovalchuk urged residents to observe security measures.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces used the tactics of "overloading" the Russian air defense and pursued primarily media goals, experts believe.

On the same day, an aircraft-type drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked an apartment building in the village of Chaikovichi in the Bezhitsky district of Bryansk, killing a civilian and injuring two others. The victims were hospitalized, they received the necessary medical care.
