Russia is in a better position than Ukraine. This opinion was expressed by political scientist Oleg Vedutov in a conversation with Izvestia.

"Russia is in a better position in terms of strategy, the depth of industrial production, the depth of logistics hubs, and the harmony of this entire structure. <...> And Russia has more resources than Ukraine," the expert said.
