Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the creation of a security zone in Kharkiv and Sumy regions is being carried out as planned. This was announced on July 3 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"According to the President, the planned creation of a security zone in Kharkiv and Sumy regions is also underway. Since the beginning of the year, 133 settlements have been liberated," he said.
