Air defense systems have destroyed eight more Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the skies over the Tula region. This was announced on July 3 by the head of the region Dmitry Milyaev.

"Eight more Ukrainian drones were destroyed by the air defense units of the Russian Defense Ministry," the Telegram channel says.

According to the governor, no one was injured in the incident. In addition, according to preliminary information, there is no damage to buildings and infrastructure.

The development will make it possible to more effectively hit manpower, UAVs and communication facilities.

Milyaev had reported earlier that day that the Russian air defense forces had destroyed four Ukrainian UAVs in the skies over the region. It was noted that there were no casualties.
