Enrollment in pre-professional classes has opened in Moscow schools
Admission to the 10th pre-professional classes has begun in Moscow schools. This was reported in the press service of the Moscow Department of Education and Science on Thursday, July 2.
Ninth grade graduates who have successfully passed the OGE in Russian, mathematics and two elective subjects can apply. The admission campaign will last until August 25.
The ministry recalled that there are six areas of pre-professional education in Moscow: engineering, medical, entrepreneurial, psychological and pedagogical, IT and media classes, the Moscow City News Agency reports. They are open in more than 70% of the capital's schools. For admission, it is necessary to receive grades of "good" or "excellent" in specialized subjects at the OGE.
The program's partners are more than 50 universities and three scientific organizations, including Lomonosov Moscow State University, HSE and Patrice Lumumba RUDN University. At their base, students conduct research, work on projects and get acquainted with the academic environment under the guidance of teachers and scientists, writes Moscow 24.
