Fighter jets of the Polish Air Force and their allies on duty have been lifted into the air amid alleged Russian activity in Ukraine. This was announced on July 2 by the press service of the operational command of the country's armed forces.

The publication clarifies that the decision to use aviation was made in connection with the alleged actions of Russian long-range aviation.

"Military aviation operations have begun in Polish airspace. In accordance with the current procedure, the operational command of the Polish Armed Forces has mobilized the necessary forces and resources," the ministry said in a statement. Twitter).
