Paku Petrovich Cherny has found a new home in the Moskvarium at VDNH
A black pak named Petrovich, who lived for many years in the aquarium of one of the capital's business centers, moved to the Moskvarium at VDNH. This was announced on Wednesday, July 1, according to the website of the Moscow City Hall.
Now the fish lives in the exhibition "Flooded Forest", one of the largest freshwater aquariums of the Moskvarium. For Petrovich, conditions were created that were as close as possible to the natural environment: a spacious aquarium, a rich underwater world and the company of other black pacus. The adaptation to the new conditions was successful and ahead of schedule, Moscow 24 notes.
After 10 years of solitary confinement, the fish lives next to its relatives for the first time, the Moscow City News agency reports.
Petrovich was provided with professional care and conditions at Moskvarium that meet the needs of large tropical fish, Regnum news agency clarifies.
You can see the new inhabitant both in the exhibition and during online broadcasts on the portal. mos.ru , writes the website kp.ru .
