- Moscow has updated the collection of standards for the operation of urban facilities
Moscow has updated the collection of standards for calculating the cost of operating urban facilities, taking into account price changes as of July 1, 2026. This was announced on Wednesday, July 1, by the press service of the Moscow Department of Economic Policy and Development.
Maria Bagreeva, Deputy Mayor of the capital, Head of the Department of Economic Policy and Development, noted that the use of the CH-2012 collection makes it possible to establish reasonable costs for the operation of buildings, structures and other urban infrastructure facilities. According to her, this ensures equal conditions for contractors during tenders, increases control over the performance of work and contributes to the creation of a comfortable urban environment, the Moscow City News Agency reports.
Bagreeva also said that in the second quarter of 2026, more than 250 new cost standards were included in the collection of SN-2012 and more than 200 existing ones were updated, NSN clarifies.
New standards have been developed for the maintenance of pavilions and maintenance of Zaryadye Park attractions, the operation of heat metering units at the Luzhniki Sports Palace, ultrafast charging stations for electric buses, small architectural forms and architectural and artistic lighting facilities, the website writes. kp.ru . They will also be used to calculate the cost of similar work at other urban sites.
The collection CH-2012 is used by about 2.5 thousand Moscow customers and companies in the maintenance and operation of urban infrastructure, Moscow 24 notes. Its list of standards and cost are regularly updated every quarter.
