Tokayev said on the same day that the entry into force of the new Constitution of Kazakhstan marked the restructuring of the republic's political system, in the history of which a new era begins. The previous Constitution of the Republic was in force since 1995. At the same time, significant changes have been repeatedly made to the document over the past 30 years.
